Writing is my outlet. Honestly, it's saved me more than a few times. There's something about getting out of my own head and into the heads of my characters that just resets me.

When I start writing, my characters become real to me. I talk to them. I dream about them. I'll be driving to work and suddenly realize a character would never say what I wrote the night before. They become part of my everyday life, and I live with them for months, sometimes years, until their story is finally told. By the end, they feel more like friends than fictional characters. Writing gives my brain somewhere to go, something to focus on, and in the best possible way, it keeps me sane.

Right now, I'm working on getting these stories out of my head and onto bookshelves. I'm querying agents, searching for the right publishing home, and doing everything I can to get my books into the hands of readers who love getting lost in a great story as much as I do.

For now, I'd love for you to come along for the ride. Meet my characters, follow what I'm working on, and maybe find a story you'd like to add to your future to-be-read list.
